All products are printed to order. Typical production time is a few business days before the order is dispatched. Production time is separate from shipping/transit time.
Shipping & transit
Once dispatched, delivery time depends on destination and the carrier selected at checkout. Estimated transit times and any shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.
Delays, wrong address & lost parcels

International orders
Customs duties or import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the customer.
