Made-to-order items

Because every item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size choice. Please check the size chart before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before production begins. Once printing has started, an order cannot be cancelled.
